Nutritional Therapy is the practical application of nutritional science. It uses food, and lifestyle advice to promote optimal well-being and support you in working towards your health goals. It is an empowering approach, equipping you with a better understanding of you body, and the tools that can enable you to succeed in enhancing your well-being.
Nutritional Therapy recognises each person as an individual with unique requirements. Nutritional Therapists such as myself therefore work with each client to devise a personalised nutrition programme, rather than employing a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
Nutritional Therapy supports the physiological processes and pathways which the body uses to maintain health. As such, it complements the work of other healthcare practitioners, but is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
