  • Do you want to prepare healthy meals, but lack confidence and skills in the kitchen?
  • Are you living independently for the first time (perhaps you are going to college) and not comfortable in the kitchen?
  • Do you need to change the way you eat (doctor’s orders?) but are unsure what to cook?
  • Is there someone you would like to impress with your cooking skills?

If so, my private cookery lessons may be the answer.

A course usually consists of:

  • A personal assessment of your requirements and tastes
  • A shopping trip
  • 2 (mini-course) or 4 (maxi-course) 90 minute lessons

Each course is designed to meet your unique needs, and the content will therefore vary.  Skills taught may include:

  • How to select ingredients
  • Stocks and soups
  • One-pot dishes
  • Salads to make a meal
  • Stir frying and steaming
  • No-stress sweet treats

Best of all, lessons take place in your own home, and are individually tailored to meet your needs.  I am happy to work with families too.

Please note that, although Private Cookery Lessons include healthy eating ideas, they are not Nutritional Therapy.  Nutritional Therapy will not be provided during Private Cookery Lessons, although Private Cookery clients will be eligible for a discount on any Nutritional Therapy consultations they may wish to undertake with me.
