Why is Sugar a problem?
In the 1970s Dr John Yudkin tried to share his findings on the health problems associated with sugar with the world.  At the time nobody was listening, but now the body of evidence is mounting regarding the contribution that sugar makes to the ill health of the developed world.  In particular, sugar is increasingly linked with conditions such as heart disease, type II diabetes, obesity, dementia and of course tooth decay.

What will you eat?

You 8-week eating plan programme enables you to enjoy vegetables, eggs, fish, meat, nuts, seeds and certain fresh fruits in abundance, accompanied by smaller portions of pulses and certain grains.  During the programme you will exclude:

You can take part in ‘Stronger Without Sugar’ anywhere in the world, as all the resources are available online. There are two levels of programme to suit every budget.  Anyone over the age of 16 who is in good general health can join in.  Please note that we do not accept ladies who are pregnant or breastfeeding, as this programme has not been tested as safe for pregnancy.  Stronger Without Sugar is not a medical programme, and is no substitute for professional medical advice.  If you have a chronic health condition, or have any concerns about your health, please speak to your doctor before beginning the programme, and do speak to me about your specific needs; the programme may need to be adapted for you.
